Somatic Pilates for alignment, mobility, and Longevity
one-on-one sessions | online or in person
Private, thoughtful Pilates for clients and instructors seeking intelligent movement and lasting strength.
Hi! I’m Bonnie Zeitner, a Pilates instructor and movement practitioner with over a decade of experience helping people feel stronger, more aligned, and more at home in their bodies. My work blends classical Pilates principles with somatic awareness and athletic training to support long-term physical strength.
I work with clients navigating pain, imbalance, and transition, as well as Pilates instructors looking to deepen their teaching beyond choreography. Sessions are private, progressive, and responsive to how the body presents over time.
My work is best suited for people who value quality over speed and curiosity over performance.
Who I work with
Clients looking to build strength, posture, and confidence
Clients experiencing one-sided pain or recurring discomfort
Pilates instructors seeking mentorship and clarity
Individuals wanting movement that supports long-term health
If you’re looking for fast workouts or high-intensity classes, I may not be the right fit. If you want thoughtful movement that evolves with your body, you’re in the right place.
What Is Somatic Pilates?
My Somatic Pilates approach emphasizes awareness, sensation, and organization rather than repetition or intensity. By slowing the movements down, the body learns to move with greater efficiency, strength, and ease.
This is especially helpful for chronic pain, asymmetrical patterns, and clients who feel disconnected from their bodies.
